14-Day Return Guarantee

At Jelly Joker, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchased item, we offer a 14-day return guarantee.

Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible to return an item if it meets the following criteria:

  1. The item is in unused and undamaged condition.
  2. All original packaging and accessories are included.
  3. The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How Returns Work

  1. Contact our customer service at jj.versand@gmail.com and inform us of your intention to return an item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and further instructions within a maximum of 2 business days.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item to the following address: Jelly Joker, Niedervellmarer Str. 8, 34127 Kassel, Germany.
  5. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or hygiene-related products, may be excluded from our return guarantee. Please review the product description and feel free to contact us with any questions.
