Terms of payment

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

End customers:

– Payment by credit card or Google Pay via Vivawallet

-  Cash on pickup
– Payment in advance by bank transfer

-  Payment via immidate transfer

Dealer:

– Payment by cash on delivery only for dealers (plus cash on delivery fee €3, further €7.90 delivery fees apply, which you do not have to pay to us, but to the deliverer directly)

-  Payment by invoice

-  Cash on pickup

– Payment by SEPA company direct debit

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

-  Cash on pickup
– Payment in advance by bank transfer
– Payment by immediate transfer (end customers)

More payment details

We reserve the right to carry out the delivery in individual cases only against advance payment by bank transfer.

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and companies.

The invoice amount is to be settled within 10 days in the case of payment on account.

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You are obliged to send us the mandate in writing with your signature within 5 days after the conclusion of the contract. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
